Choose the listing type that fits your item
Select Daily Rental or Hourly Rental depending on how you hire this item. Choose what customers actually book you for.
Pick the best category
Choose the category customers would browse (e.g. Jumping Castles, Backdrops & Arches, Balloons & Garlands).
Fill in your item details (in this order)
Listing title — Name your item (e.g. White Marquee 6×3m).
Listing description — Describe what’s included, size, theme, and setup needs.
Features — Short features summary (benefits, style/theme).
Item Size and Capacity — Dimensions and safe capacity.
Indoor or Outside Use — Select Indoor / Outdoor.
Recommended For — Tick all that apply (Kids Party, Wedding, Birthday, etc.).
Colour — Select the colour.
Power Requirements — State power needs.
Cleaning Required After Use? — Yes/No.
Pickup or Delivery Options — Select what you offer.
Assembly or Installation — If setup is required/included.
Delivery Radius — How far you deliver.
Cancellation Policy — Select your policy (see platform terms).
Custom Cancellation Terms — Optional extra terms.

Set exact bookable prices. Never write “from $X” — customers must be able to click and book at the price shown. Use variations to cover delivery, setup, or bundled services.

Other Pricing Examples
Base hire price + optional add-ons (e.g. sidewalls, flooring) as variations. This lets customers build the exact package they want.
Variation for Chair Only vs Chair + Linen. Keeps pricing clear and avoids creating multiple listings for the same item.
“Kids Party Bundle” (castle + table + 10 chairs) priced as a single variation. Makes checkout simple and ensures customers don’t miss key add-ons.
